These terms govern your use of bizsellassistant.com, the BizSell Assistant app, and any products sold through the site (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
BizSell Assistant provides tools and educational materials that help small business owners organize information when preparing to sell a business.
The Service provides general information only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or valuation advice, and using it does not create a professional relationship. Valuation figures produced by the calculator are rough estimates based on the numbers you enter and general industry multiples. They are not an appraisal. Consult a licensed attorney, a certified public accountant, and other qualified advisers before making decisions about a sale.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to use the Service.
Information and files you enter remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the right to upload any content you add.
Do not use the Service unlawfully, attempt to access another user's data, interfere with the Service, or upload malicious files.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Digital products are delivered immediately after payment. Because of that, all sales of digital products are final. If you have a problem with a file you purchased, email us and we will make it right.
When you buy a digital product, you receive a license to use it for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish it.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of important documents.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizSell Assistant will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or a lost or reduced sale price. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
