This policy explains what information BizSell Assistant ("we", "us") collects through bizsellassistant.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, and password when you create an account. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and are not visible to us.
• Information you enter in the app. Checklist progress, financial figures, buyer details, notes, and any files you attach.
• Purchase information. When you buy a product, our payment processor collects your payment details. We receive your name, email, and what you bought. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Technical information. The services that host and deliver this site receive standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

• To provide the app and save your work to your account
• To deliver products you purchase and respond to your requests
• To maintain and secure the service

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on the following companies to run the service. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy.

• Google Firebase: account sign-in and storage of the information you enter in the app
• Stripe: payment processing
• GitHub Pages: website hosting
• Google Fonts and jsDelivr: delivery of fonts and icons

Sensitive business documents

The app lets you store information about your business, which may be confidential. Only attach documents you are comfortable storing online, and remove account numbers and personal identifiers before uploading.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing support@bizsellassistant.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Retention

We keep your information while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete the associated data, except records we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons.

Children

This service is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
